Kim is the best in her field. If she can't find you a loan one does not exist. Her professionalism is above par and she is competent and quite frankly a great person to work with.
Valentina and her team are efficient, communicative, knowledgeable and took fantastic care of us. I would recommend working with her and taking a lot of the stress out of obtaining a mortgage.
