he made it very personable experience and treated me like a friend. That is how i like to do business, my third loan with him for that very reason- he made it pleasant, when most people do not associate that word with this experience.
Always availible to answer questions and the entire team was professional and pleasant.
Document requests seemed excessive. List of needed docs should have been disclosed in advance. Did not find out about tax return requests until closing day which is unacceptable
