Jen has been great, she walked me through the process and was very encouraging when the process got bogged down by a tax ID issue! I appreciate Jen's professionalism as well as her genuine personal touch!

We had an amazing experience working with our loan officer Susie Gardner throughout the home-buying process. They were very helpful, patient, and supportive every step of the way. They worked hard to make our home purchase possible and always...
