Great personality.

Virna Brown is a true professional and a wonderful woman to work with! She makes refinancing as much as pleasure as it an be.

Steve was always available for questions and clearly outlined my loan options.

Overall GREAT company & person to deal with. Made sure I understood everything. All went smooth.

Virna was very responsive and quick to act. Any questions I had she took a lot of time to explain well. It was probably the most pleasant mortgage experience I have had. I have already recommended Virna to a family member!
