Patty was communative and fast along the entire way. She regularly updated and discussed next steps with buyers and educated them on what to expect.
Michael was quick to respond, kept the borrower & I in the loop the entire time. Balanced the settlement numbers quickly with the title company too. Dart Bank has an outstanding group of loan officers.
