Ben went above and beyond for us and worked weekends and vacations to get us through such a weird mortgage situation and process. Will 100% use him in the future and refi with him when the time comes.

Well...we started this loan in January and it didn't close until May! We are used to Commercial loans, which close much quicker, and don't required useless information such as insurance policies on all of our rentals. We were not very quick...
