Patty was on top of all of it and navigated through some choppy waters to get our buyer to closing. Her calm demeanor and technical knowledge got us to closing- lots of other lenders would have called it quits, but we made it happen!
Will did everything he said he would. He communicated well with everyone and provided timelines he stuck by. There weren’t any surprises through the process.
This is our 3rd loan with Dart bank. The process is very smooth and convenient.
