We had an unexpected request from the seller that forced us to look for a new lender and Sam and Dart Bank stepped up and got us taken care of. Communication was fantastic and the online portal is clean and easy to use.

Will is always there to answer any questions I have for him, even if it is on the weekend. I never have to ask for an extension on a Transaction, we always hit our Closing date.
Mike was terrific to work with! He always answered calls/emails, or called back right away, even when he was out of the office. He was patient with all of my questions. I would definitely use Mike again for a loan!
