Denise was always prompt in answering questions about our refinancing. She helped us navigate through the preliminary paperwork so as to expedite the whole process and was willing to spend time on the telephone to personally attend to our concerns....

I didn't fully get feedback on delays and an understanding of the process.

Dan was straight about everything, did not sugar coat the process. Answered all the questions we had within minutes when we asked. He even communicated after hours and weekends. I couldn't of imagined going through this process without him....
