Too many lenders are unresponsive ... This was not the case with Quinn so it made things easier . Also, I haven't had good experiences wirh movement in the past so this was a pleasant surprise .

This was a tough deal and loan. We had a quick closing for this loan. Although there were some set backs Greg worked us through them and helped us finish strong. He stayed available, encouraging and understanding throughout the whole process....
