JT was wonderful to work with. He kept us up to date almost daily. He was there to answer questions even during what I would consider "off" hours. Other than going in debt, it was a fantastic experience over all.

JT went above and beyond. If there was a problem to be had in a home buying process I experienced that problem. JT and Ruoff we're knowledgeable and patient and helped me navigate through the roadblocks to get us to the closing table.
