I liked that Ruoff uses multiple platforms to remind me when I have important documents to sign or important updates. That really helps stay on schedule during the process.
Cori did an excellent job explaining the entire loan process and was always available to answer questions along the way. He is exceptional at what he does and I would highly recommend him to others.
