Scotty did everything necessary to get this rather difficult transaction closed. He was always available and acted promptly every step of the way. I don't think many loan officers could have made this work. I would highly recommend him.
I felt there were an excessive "hoops" I had to jump through to acquire my mortgage. I am grateful that Kristin Lewis guided me through this horrible process.
