We lost documents. We had to keep sending them. We had a hard time getting hold of the lady about our lawn mower and it was kind of a headache that part.

When documents are uploaded hru the system, they are directly uploaded to your loan. when they are sent by email, they are one email of the hundreds that are received daily by the processors. We got thru it though. Happy to have assisted you....
