Being able to reach JD really at any time gave me great peace of mind and customer service. He also explained everything clearly which was very helpful as a first time home buyer.
Craig was able to communicate clearly with what we needed and the time frame in which we needed to provide it. We had a quick deadline to close and really didn't have any issues getting through the process to make that happen.
