    Craig was very communicative and we always felt like we knew where we stood in the process. He was great at working through the few issues that came up with outside entities (like credit reporting agencies).

    Working with Tony was relatively easy;however, the underwriter for the loan appeared to heavily scrutinize my application even though I qualified for the loan. It was much different than when I applied for a mortgage loan for my first home.
