Neil was on top of everything and was working with my wife and I in order to make sure we were getting everything done as close as we could to our closing date.

Truly felt like she was working for us, she got us same day pre-approval when time was of the essence. Afterwards, we were continually updated on the status of things and were never wondering where things were at.
