Customer service
The video emails are terrible. I would much prefer an actual email to read, then having to click and wait for a video to load.
Farrell is always available to answer any questions. We are a repeat customer.
Mike was prompt, fast and accommodating.
His advise were super helpful and he was friendly.
The whole process was seamless.
