Locking in interest rates for a longer period
Mike made the loan process as simple as possible. He was very attentive and always respectfully addressed all of my questions. I could not have asked for a better person to guide me along this process.
Jennifer handled the entire process efficiently and professionally. She always responded in time and patiently explained the terms to a mortgage beginner.

It worked out for me using a different lender but was very strange.

Working with Vic was easy compared to our previous mortgage lender. We are please we worked with him and would certainly recommend him to others. BNC National also had very competitive rates.
Ran my credit. Gave me a loan estimate. I agreed. Sent them all my information. Then never heard from him again. It worked out for me using a different lender but was very strange.
