It’s not Scott’s fault. The process of having to give so many LoEs, multiple requests from the underwriters for the same documents was frustrating.
He is patient and knowledgeable with the mortgage process. The most important thing is that he offered the lowest mortgage rate.
Mike did a great job of following up and making the process easy.
