Timely w responses to questions
Communication was an area of frustration at times and the length of time from the beginning of this process to the end was excessive. I feel Michele had too much on her plate and was struggling with balancing her workload.
Just closed on our second purchase with Michele, she was a pleasure to work with. Both a great communicator and problem solver.
Clearly defined tasks for us. Kept track and let us know of our progress. Very responsive, lots of information and educational videos. Took care of a couple of minor errors right away. DocuSign is a great tool.
It took some time for my loan to fully approve, but everything succeeded at the end. I didn't have to do much leg work, as i thought i would. Getting a usda mortgage loan does have some stringent criteria, but mostly towards structural conditions...
