We handled everything from 4 hours away ! Very smooth process. Karen was a great help !
Simplicity
As with any mortgage application these days there were som hiccups. This was no reflection of First Bank Mortgage but wording from my employer. After some slight modifications to the letter from my employer all was good.
My mortgage loan was approved quickly and I received all paperwork requiring my signature online. The process was fast and very easy.

Bree worked very hard, was very quick to respond to my texts and emails, and provided me with very helpful advice. She responded to my questions quickly, even at night and on weekends.
