I was not explained to me that it takes 3 days for the money to clear. This is from the title company. Otherwise I thought everything was great.
My whole mortgage application process from beginning to end was easy and streamlined. The ACM team was fast responsive, and fantastic to deal with. I would highly recommend ACM to anyone seeking a mortgage!
