John and his team all did a great job. They communicated very well and were always available whenever we had questions, even after normal business hours.
I found Jennifer Meredith and the staff to be quite responsive and flexible while running down the minor hiccups that often develop in a refinancing process.
thoroughly explained info leading up to our decision to refinance. easy process of submitting necessary info and docs. on time follow thru from support staff and and easy, covid friendly, closing with the notary.
Jennifer is the most patient, understanding, helpful and insightful person I know in the mortgage loan and refinance business. I would not trust anyone else.
Brian is always so efficient, patient and knowledgeable. He keeps us up to date with the market and answers all our questions. We've used him multiple times thru out the years that we've owned our house and all to our great benefit.
