60 day escrow when I was told 30...... Cameron went on vacation without telling me...... I provided requested documentation within hours EVERY time it was requested.... had to pull in managers from several departments to get things done......

communication. Being absent for a week and not telling anyone you were gone. Really felt bad for the borowers who pain an excessive rate for the loan.
