Clear communication thru out the process. All my questions and concerns were answered in a very timely manner. Any errors that took place were quickly corrected and new documents submitted.

Not mislead a loan and turn it into only a debt consolidation loan under the assumption of a home equity loan that provided no money outside of consolidating debt. Terrible communication led to this outcome. Likely illegal practice at the end...
