Too many duplicative request. I know this is due to underwriting and there is not much you folks can do but, with the equity to loan value on this mortgage, it does not make a lot of sense.
Bill and Kristen/team went above and beyond, working hard to get us the best loan possible.
The transaction went smoothly and quickly. From signing of purchase agreement to signing closing documents was only 35 days. Bill and Kristen were very professional and friendly via our phone conversations.
