    Was easy for me to stay in constant contact with Roy And his team. They answered all questions and help guide me through this process. My only problem, is every time there was a delay, comma my house payment went up.

    It took over 3-4 months to get to the close. During that time we had to pay for ALLthe inspections. Even after we closed some lady called 3 days later for something about the roof. The company that did the roof inspection was done months before...
