Communication was terrible. The loan docs were inaccurate at closing.
Very easy and pleasant
Roy is knowledgeable on the suites of products and did a great job to communicate their applicability to my financing needs. His team worked hard and diligently to ensure I met my closing date.
He wasn't at the closing and I never knew what was going on. For someone who has never done this it wasn't a fun experience.
