Everything went smoothly and ended closing early. Dan and his team are quick to respond to any questions and are very proactive. Bi-weekly emails were a very helpful way of knowing where everything is at in the process.

Tony knew the ins and outs of buying a manufactured home and was able to navigate the somewhat turbulent waters of using our veteran's benefits to buy it. The whole process was smooth and easy, thanks to Tony.
