Overall process was smooth and Blake was always available to answer my questions.

Overall the service, response, speed, etc was all 5 star. You guys were great overall. The only reason I’m giving a lower rating was how our personal information like SSN were mishandled and sent unsecured via email. Insult to injury, it happened...
