We were very confused and new to this, and would have appreciated more explicit instruction and guidance to ensure deadlines were met and various aspects were understood better.

Brian was great. The problemcame when he and Danielle were on vacation at the same time and the people who were supposed to handle our case just didn't. It created a lot of stress for us and a lot of scrambling from Brian and Danielle.
