Lack of communication anf follow up. Incorrect information. No understanding of first time home buyer questions. Rude remarks.

she is and outstanding loan agent her and Beverly made things super easy and were always very helpful would recommend Alex to anyone even if they didn't need a house thanks again was a ruff ending but not you guys fault keep up the great work...
