Accurate numbers that wouldn't change everytime I asked and to explain better why they did change if they did not just saying you have to many numbers to juggle. also taking blame and fixing your mistakes

Sorry it didn't work out as well as you had hoped. I did ask to have the loan amount increased by $1k to cover this extra cause and I was told to leave the loan amount as is.
It was worth it at the end thinking that I have a house where to go with my family. It was a long process but Worth it.
