Lots of communication lacking. It was the week before closing that we were informed that there was multiple inspections and repairs that needed to be done before we closed, even though we knew about the issues presented weeks prior. More transparency...

Denise was pleasant, personable and all around a nice person, but she seemed unfamiliar with some of Michigans requirements with modular home purchases. The miss on the structural engineering report cost us time and made the first time buyers...
