Was absolutely flawless - we were the seller's in this transaction trying to obtain financing for a tenant wishing to purchase the home they had rented from us for five years. Answered every question and always responded to emails promptly....

Done many loans and this was the fastest and went well

Everything was done in a timely manner! They were both perfessional and personable! Everything was made very easy from start to finish! I would highly recommend them!

Was up front about everything and made the process easy. Was always available to answer my questions and lead me the right way. Will probably need to do a refi again cause my credit score wasn't where it should of been. Jon said he would help...
