In addition to lack of communication with the client, there was a delay & lack of communication between Jon & his asst. Brandon. There were incidences where Jon was requesting documents that I had previously sent to Brandon. At times it delayed...

answer all question and made some sugsesting he did a grate job any one looking for a house will like the way he help them with any problem they might have
