He was very helpful and assisted us every step of the way. When I had a problem, he was quick to answer any questions I had and helped me with the re-financing steps. I thought he was so knowledgeable i even referred him to my sister in Texas....

He stayed on the phone and assisted in all questions.

Marco was great. I do think the process probably took longer than it needed to, I think over 60 days I assume that there will be full closure of this loan in the next 72 hours.
