I was treated like a VIP by Tripper and his staff from the start. Explained everything , kept me updated and no question was to minor to him!! They make you forget your not their only client!!

Better communication. They were all about the information they needed, but not mine. I was told I was pre-approved but then I was treated like a teenager buying their first home with request after request.
