Teresa was very knowledgeable and answered my questions quickly, even in the evenings. I will recommend Ruoff and Teresa to anyone looking for a new mortgage.

Eric was great to work with. Very communicative but not overly so. Very quick to answer questions and very knowledgeable. The online application, documentation submission, and Loan Butler programs were all very easy to use and quick.

The Loan Butler site made the entire process very straight forward. I knew what was needed and when. Eric was always readily available and was very knowledgeable. He helped me through a stressful situation when wiring my funds for closing.
