We were cleared to close, so quickly. Our buyers used a dinosaur bank and delayed the closing by a week. I recommend using Kevin vs a bank.

Kevin was great to work with! Very easy to get a hold of and knowledgeable. Kept us filled in on every step along the way! Came to closing and saw everything through to the end.

Second house I purchased with Kevin's help. He had fantastic advice and knowledge both times.

Kevin was always ready with all paperwork we needed at every stage of the home buying process and was easy to get ahold of whenever we had questions. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a stress free experience!
