This is my third time working work Kevin. On a mortgage or refi. Has always been a very easy process.

Kevin was very easy to get ahold and quick to respond. He answered all my questions and was available after hours when we needed him. Closing was fast and easy, no surprises. I would recommend Summit to anyone shopping for a mortgage.
