We have a consistent feeling that Kevin was able to get to know us, understand our needs and helped us refine our goals. We made a few constructive suggestions which helped narrow our focus.
He was always present it seemed.

Kevin was great to work with! We truly appreciated his ability to answer questions or respond quickly every time we reached out. The process was was great and we highly recommend Kevin and Summit mortgage.
Kevin was always able to get back to us right away and was there for us the whole step of the way with answering our questions. There were no issues when it came to closing and he was able to get us clear to close very quickly
