Eddie did a great job through out the process. He was always available to communicate and responded fast to emails/texts/calls. He guided us through the whole process and answered every question we had.

Val kept us updated the whole time on each step. She was very good at navigating the requests from the underwriters, which seemed at times a little excessive. she was always pleasant and and professional.
