The great communication, advice, updates and friendly conversations.

Brad was very helpful and answered every question I had. He was also very professional and was able to explain things in a simple manner without overwhelming you. Would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to purchase a home.

Eventually we did complete the refinance as planned, but it took two months longer than what was discussed at the beginning.
