Eden Prairie, MN

I had steady communication and good coaching throughout the process. As someone who is barely average with technology, I had help with different online tasks. The only confusion was that I had up to three different people emailing throughout...

Mandy provides excellent advise and customer service. In addition, she continues to consider your needs to ensure you are getting the right product.

Brad is a GREAT loan officer! Great communicator, quick responder and very knowledgable! He has helped us with 3 mortgages. Thanks Brad!

Janet was very helpful.

This is the second time working with Brad. He is prompt, respectful, knowledgeable, and is trustworthy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking to re finance.

Mandy and Maggie were very professional and timely in their communications. The refinance was handled quickly and easily.

Janet answered all of my questions quickly, gave me options on what I could do with a refinance and explained the difference in easy to understand terms. She was absolutely fantastic would highly recommend to anyone.

Brad made the process easy, and was always available for questions (nights, weekends etc). He was fantastic.

Brad was able to get us a very low interest rate and we were able to close quickly on our refinance. We highly recommend him!
