The wire transfer was a major issue. Closed on Friday and confirmed the wire was sent but didn't arrive. Not sure what happened but wire finally came through on Monday afternoon.
Updates frequently
We started with another company & had some issues. Scott & his crew picked up the mess & helped make the loan process doable.
The team's weekly email update was really great to receive. Staying up-to-date on the progress of the loan approval was so helpful!

The communication was incredible. No mystery as to where my buyer was in getting clear to close. Scott joined us at the closing which I feel is above and beyond. Easy from start to finish. Highly recommend.
