there were too many issues on many levels to say I am satisfied with the experience. I was told the appraisal fee would be waived, it was not, the closing costs were not disclosed till the end of the process and were excessive.

Chis is excellent. Didn’t matter what time if the day it was. He was always calling us back right away when we had questions. He is very thorough, friendly and helpful. You are very lucky to have him on your team!
Chris made the entire experience as easy and stress free as possible. It was great knowing we had him there to walk us through and make sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. Couldn't recommend working with him enough!
