Paula helped to create a very smooth process with an aggressive deadline for financing.

I would have appreciated hearing about the check difficulty when it was sent in and not having this be last minute stressor. I would have liked clear communication and I would have gladly fixed the concern in a timely fashion before closing....

Good communication, they send update emails so you know where you're at in the process, able to answer questions promptly. The whole process was very smooth!
