Travis and his team were very responsive to our questions and diligent in keeping us informed of the progress of our loan. He went above and beyond to ensure that our loan stayed on track with the original closing date!
It was just that it was a HUD loan so the paperwork on my end was very painful.. nothing to do with Envoy! :)
